The psyche of Women has been colonized and domesticated and we have collectively lost connection to the Sacred, to Embodiment, and to the regulation of our nervous systems, causing us to feel disconnected from our bodies and cycles, our intuition, and feeling unsafe. We have been conditioned away from our Divine Feminine nature of slowing down, attuning to others and our own bodies, creating safety in our bodies, and knowing what is aligned and True for our be-ing.
H.E.R. provides a pathway back to our own wild nature, through embodiment, nervous system regulation, and connection to our bodies and the cycles we naturally experience. H.E.R. is an opportunity for repair, connection, community, unconditional love, daring, and expansion to bring balance into a world that has lost connection to the Divine Feminine and Sacredness.
H.E.R. is a 4-month commitment, meeting every other Tuesday from February 10th-May 19th. Please be advised that while recordings will be available, the intention is to create a container of safety, consistency, and Oneness for all, as we are consciously creating a field when we gather, whether in-person or online, and your presence is not only welcome, it is advantageous to the whole. Each person brings their own medicine to the Circle, and your medicine is necessary and appreciated. You should plan on 2 hours per session, and ALL of you is welcome; meaning whatever version of you that shows up that day is welcome-bring your fire, your tears, your fears and your grief. Your resistance, your shame, and your loneliness are all welcome, and this is why it is so important to create a container of safety and welcoming ALL of you into the space.
There will be an opportunity for an in-person retreat that will be an option for those who desire to experience this work on an even deeper level, and details are forthcoming on this-i expect it will be in April or May.
Please know that the way I facilitate Circle is by attuning to the needs in the moment, while also attuning the individual and collective experience. I often work in conjunction with Spirit, and I may shift or change things depending on the information I am receiving. Each group brings its own dynamic and own impact, and I will be in contact with each of you individually to check-in periodically. I will have office hours available should you desire to speak with me directly outside of Circle.
